Presented to the Greenheath Fielder of the Year as voted by the Club’s committee.
Rick Swan was an Australian on a year long teacher exchange trip at Welling School. He played only one season but wished to be remembered by the Club after his departure back down under. His legacy is this trophy for the fielder of the year. Rick is remembered for his wit as much as his agility when fielding in the slips. Many feel one of his less talented art students made the trophy however the trophy’s uniqueness is undeniable.
